The Andrew Carnegie Free Library & Music Hall’s annual Civil War Symposium is returning for April 11 – 12, 2025. The 2025 symposium will focus on the 1862 Maryland Campaign, which culminated in the Battle of Antietam, the single bloodiest day in American history. Eight dynamic historians will explore the military, political, and social threads of this defining moment in our nation’s history.
